These terms govern your use of IGMAXED. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use IGMAXED.

What IGMAXED is

IGMAXED is an entertainment and self-improvement tool that scores how an Instagram profile is presentedand suggests changes. Scores and audits are opinions generated by AI, not professional, dating, or psychological advice, and are provided "as is."

Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta

Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.IGMAXED is not connected to, endorsed by, or partnered with Instagram, Meta, or any of their products. "Instagram" is a trademark of its owner and is used only to describe what IGMAXED works with. We never connect to your Instagram account or ask for your Instagram login — you upload screenshots yourself.

You must be 18+

You must be 18 years or older to use IGMAXED. You confirm this before uploading anything.

Acceptable use

You agree to upload only screenshots that you are allowed to:

• Your own profile, or a profile you have the explicit permission of its owner to submit.
• No minors. Do not upload a profile that belongs to, or primarily depicts, anyone under 18.
• No rating strangers.IGMAXED is not for scoring people who haven't consented — no submitting a stranger's, a crush's, or a public figure's profile.
• No unlawful, hateful, or explicit content, and no attempts to abuse, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.

We screen uploads and will refuse and delete anything that appears to break these rules, without providing a reason (to avoid giving abuse a feedback loop).

Payment — one-time, not a subscription

The full audit is a one-time payment, not a subscription. There is nothing recurring to cancel. Your card statement will read IGMAXED AUDIT. Every audit includes a 7-day, no-questions refund, and your report stays available even if you request one. Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload. You grant IGMAXED a limited licence to process your screenshots solely to generate your score and audit, for as long as our Privacy Policy says we keep them. You confirm you have the right to submit them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IGMAXED is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
