Are you connected to Instagram or Meta?
No. Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.IGMAXED never connects to your Instagram account and never asks for your login. You upload a couple of screenshots yourself, and that's the only thing we ever see.
Is my data safe? What happens to my screenshots?
Your screenshots are used only to generate your score (and your audit, if you buy one), then automatically deleted on the schedule below. We do not extract or store any biometric identifiers, and we never train anyone's AI on your images. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
When exactly are my screenshots deleted?
Free score: within 24 hours. If you open the upgrade offer: within 7 days (so a paid report can be built without re-uploading). If you buy an audit: 30 days, then permanently deleted. Deletion is automatic and independently verified.
How much does it cost? Is it a subscription?
The score is free. The full audit is a one-time payment of $19 — not a subscription. There is nothing recurring and nothing to cancel. Your statement shows IGMAXED AUDIT.
What's your refund policy?
Every audit has a 7-day, no-questions refund— there's a refund link right in your delivery email. And you keep your report even if you refund. After 7 days, email support@igmaxed.appand we'll take care of you.
What is the re-score / before-and-after?
About 25 days after you buy, we'll invite you to re-score for free so you can see how your changes moved the number. It generates a shareable before/after card. You get one free re-score within 30 days of purchase.
I lost my report link — how do I get it back?
Your report lives at a private link we email you. If you lose it, use the "recover my report" option (or email support@igmaxed.app) with the address you paid with, and we'll send a fresh magic link. No password required.
Do I need an account or a password?
No accounts, no passwords. Your score lives at its own private link, and paid reports are reached by a magic link sent to your email — nothing to sign up for.
Do you rate my looks or my face?
No. IGMAXED scores how your profile is presented— your photos, grid, and bio — not your appearance. Our AI is explicitly barred from commenting on anyone's face or body, and nothing critical ever appears on your shareable card.
How do I delete everything you have on me?
Email support@igmaxed.appfrom the address you used (or with your score link) and we'll delete your uploads, results, and session, and confirm when it's done.
