Privacy Policy

IGMAXED scores the presentation of an Instagram profile from screenshots you upload. This policy explains what we collect, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted. It is written to be read, not to hide behind. Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

Who can use IGMAXED

You must be 18 or older. Age is attested before any screenshot is accepted, and an under-18 selection ends the flow — we never store data for anyone who indicates they are under 18. IGMAXED is only for scoring your own profile, or a friend's profile with their permission.

What we collect

• Screenshots you upload — the profile header and grid images you choose, used only to generate your score and (if you buy) your audit.
• Your quiz answers — goal, age band, gender, posting frequency, and the impression you want to make.
• Your results — the five sub-scores, headline score, grade, archetype, and a text inventory of what our AI observed about the profile.
• Basic technical data — a random session identifier, coarse attribution (how you arrived), and standard analytics. We do not ask for your name.

No biometrics

No biometric identifiers are extracted or stored. We score how a profile is presented— photos, grid, bio — not who is in the pictures. Our prompts are explicitly barred from commenting on anyone's face or body.

How long we keep your screenshots

Screenshots auto-deleted: within 24 hours, or within 7 days if you open the upgrade offer (so your paid report can be built without re-uploading).

• Free score: screenshots are deleted within 24 hours.
• If you open the upgrade offer: we keep them up to 7 days, so a paid report can be built without asking you to upload again.
• If you buy an audit: we keep them for 30 days so your report and a free re-score can be generated, then they are permanently deleted.

Deletion is enforced automatically and verified — an independent check confirms each file is actually gone, and a daily audit re-checks the whole store from the storage keys alone, so a lost record can never leave an image behind past these limits.

What we keep, and what we delete

When your screenshots are deleted, the images themselves are gone. What remains is derived text and numbers: your score, grade, sub-scores, archetype, and the text inventory (a JSON description of what was observed) that makes a re-score and your before/after comparison possible. Your score card and any PDF are re-generated from those records — they reference no stored image — which is why your card keeps working long after the screenshots are deleted.

Where your data is processed

IGMAXED is operated from and your data is processed in the United States, including by our AI, hosting, storage, analytics, and payment providers. Screenshots are sent to our AI provider solely to generate your score and audit and are not used to train their models.

Payments & refunds

Payment is a one-time charge processed by our payments provider (Polar), who acts as merchant of record; we never see your full card details. Every audit comes with a 7-day, no-questions refund — and your report stays available even if you refund. Refund records (order id and amount) are retained with the payments provider as a financial and tax obligation even after a deletion request.

Analytics & cookies

We use privacy-respecting product analytics to understand the funnel. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, or you decline the cookie banner where one is shown, no analytics are loaded and IGMAXED works exactly the same.

Deleting your data

You can have everything associated with your score or purchase deleted at any time. Email support@igmaxed.app from the address you used (or with your score link) and we will delete your uploads, results, and session, and confirm when it is done.
